1. Agreement

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and a resident of Belgium or the Netherlands with a P1-compatible smart meter and a compatible P1 WiFi reader. P1On is for personal, household use only — not for landlords, property managers, or commercial metering.

3. The service

P1On reads data from a P1 WiFi reader you own and provides real-time and historical energy monitoring, cost estimates, AI-generated insights, and alerts. Features may change, and some depend on third parties (your meter, reader firmware, network connectivity, and cloud providers) that we do not control.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorised use.

5. Cost estimates are estimates

All prices, tariffs, and cost figures shown in the app are estimates for informational purposes only. They may exclude grid fees, taxes, VAT, and supplier-specific charges, and they are not a bill or an authoritative statement of what you owe. Your energy supplier's invoice prevails. Do not rely on P1On figures for financial or contractual decisions.

6. AI-generated content

Weekly insights and tips are generated by an AI model and are advisory only. They may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not professional energy, financial, electrical, or safety advice. Use your own judgement.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the service except as permitted by law, or use it for anything unlawful.

8. Hardware

The P1 reader is manufactured by a third party (Eastron). Warranty and safety of the hardware are the manufacturer's responsibility, not ours.

9. Disclaimers and liability

10. Termination
